About Our Client
Based in the south of Perth my client is a market leading FMCG orginization. Due to on going growth my cleint is looking for their next sales gun to service an excisting client base as well as targeting potentional new business within the Food Service space.
- Analyse data to identify new business opportunities
- Identify and recruit new business partners to grow the food service business
- Establish market targets and develop commercial plans to aide distributors to deliver on targets
- Commercialise new business opportunities with distributors, manufacturers and key HORECA customers.
- Develop and share channel and customer insights with Marketing and Sales for further builds
- Lead the development, execution and evaluation of agreed trade programs designed to sustainably grow the business
- Work in close coordination with key customers to provide insights and corrective measures to ensure delivery of goals.
- Coordinates and communicates to respective sales teams and distributors (as necessary) all product, price and pack changes.
- Provide input on all promotional activities to be used to drive the business
- Delivers adequate and relevant sales training (for customer marketing topics) directly and as required
The Successful Applicant
Minimum of 3 years solid work experience in Business development in Food Service channels (key account management, distributor management)
