About Our Client
My client is a leader in locally manufactured capital equipment. They have been in operation for decades with an ever expanding range of product and services. They are looking to expand the scope of their business by employing a seasoned sales operator.
Reporting to the MD, the Sales Manager will be responsible for the management of the national sales approach for the business. Key measurables will be growth and sales performance, adhering to operational guidelines and expectations and looking to add value through identifying opportunities to improve the capital sales. This role will have a high level of authority and autonomy.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally you will have worked within a similar role within WA with strong exposure to capital equipment sales and the mining sector. You will have strong commercial acumen, and be extremely strategic in your approach to business development and building a pipeline. You will be able to communicate from site to boardroom.
