Job Description

  • The Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring all retailers receive their stock orders accurately and efficiently and that any related issues are dealt with promptly. The role is also responsible for ensuring retailers are trained and current in their knowledge of the product ranges.
  • Co-ordination of the sales ordering and allocation system
  • Forecast sales objectives in line with the head office reporting requirements
  • Monitor monthly orders against accumulated sales objectives
  • Manage end to end monthly delivery process
  • Maintain current and deep knowledge of product range
  • Organize and facilitate retailer sales training
  • Supervise the Sales Administration Coordinator

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree level qualifications in Business, Commerce, Marketing or relevant field experience
  • Previous experience working within luxury brands
  • Must have extremely strong financial/analytical acumen with an understanding of P&L
  • Must have effective stakeholder management and negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Planning and forecasting skills
  • Logistics and inventory experience
  • Proven training skills
  • People management experience
  • Highly accurate with close attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to deal successfully with deadlines and pressure
