*Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
* Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
* Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
* Reporting - Pipeline management, pipeline and sales figures reporting, win/loss reporting and financial reporting and on areas needing improvements.
* Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
* Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
* Conduct face to face meetings to assess individual customer needs.
* Writing business proposals and responding to tenders where applicable.
* Negotiating with stakeholders.
* Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.
* Following industry trends locally and internationally.
* Drafting and reviewing contracts.
* Maintain relevant industry and solution knowledge that will facilitate a relevant and meaningful conversation.
* Meet and exceed sales targets by ensuring a strong pipeline of meetings, presentations and proposals are generated.
