Job Description

  • Lead and mentor a team of four sales professionals, setting targets and ensuring high performance
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the food packaging sector
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor sales performance, provide regular reports, and implement continuous improvements



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the packaging industry, ideally within the food sector
  • Experience managing and mentoring a small sales team.
  • Strong understanding of packaging solutions and their application in the food industry
  • Excellent commercial acumen and ability to develop strategic sales plans
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive team success
