Job Description

  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing support, guidance, and mentorship.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize team productivity and drive business growth.
  • Grow the budget, achieving sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Manage key accounts, build strong relationships, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for regional diversification and new waste streams.
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager to align on strategic objectives and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Foster a culture of customer satisfaction, solutions-focus, and detail orientation within the team.
  • Quickly acquire in-depth industry knowledge to effectively position Pure Environmental service offering.
  • Implement performance management strategies and leverage group incentives to drive team performance.
