Job Description

  • Strengthen and manage relationships with key retail and industrial clients while identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Drive execution of sales strategies to meet target revenue objectives.
  • Foster collaboration across the sales team, supporting any initiatives led by management.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activity to generate qualified business leads.
  • Drive a customer-focused approach to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager should have:

  • 5+ years experience within the racking or shelving industry.
  • Demonstrated success in securing new business and expanding client portfolios.
  • Experience in sales leadership within the racking or shelving industry (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong knowledge of retail and industrial sectors, with insight into automation project environments.
  • Target-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding KPIs.
  • Proven experience managing and delivering large-scale projects.
  • Existing network within major retailers (e.g. Coles, Costco, Woolworths, ALDI).
