Job Description

  • Apply contemporary leadership practice to build an inclusive, accountable, and skilled team to respond to market and growth demands.
  • Bring your experience to develop and deliver an annual sales, marketing and operational plan to drive year on year growth aligned to the business plan.
  • Deliver growth through effective planning, goal setting, sales, data analysis, and projecting future performance.
  • Intuitively understand customer and student needs and identify solutions to meet them as well as drive the conversion of leads and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop capabilities to deliver an exceptional student experience for sponsorships, funded and fee for service students.
  • Focus on continuous improvement solutions to innovate and automate student experiences and pain points to delight our students.
  • Invest and nurture a sales mindset to drive sales conversion within the student experience and event practice.

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified with a Business, Marketing, Sales or Commerce degree or similar
  • Experience within the Primary Healthcare Sector looking to make a change in a private enterprise
  • Experience in working with Healthcare sales and understands Commonwealth and jurisdictional health decision policy and strategy
  • 3+ Years sales experience with a range of B2B and B2C channels and sale conversion
  • Must have experience in managing a sales budget and annual sales targets across multiple sales channels
  • Passionate about leading people and creating an inclusive team that in encouraged to learn and grow.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders at an Executive level
  • Is adaptable to changing work demands, likes to be busy and can juggle lots of things
