This role will draw on your analytical ability as you work closely with the Commercial Sales team to drive the company's overarching strategy.

Job Description

  • Gain a deep understanding of the yearly commercial budgets and coordinate marketing budget spend allocations
  • Forecast and monitor new product sales/operations
  • Responsible for 12 week rolling sales forecast, tracked against Annual Operating Plan (AOP)/quarterly forecast
  • Updating & distribution of sales reports vs AOP weekly
  • Collate APAC initiatives and present these to internal global stakeholders
  • Work with Senior Commercial Manager and Insights & Analytics team to support the development of an overarching digital strategy and execution plans
  • Cross functional conduit for PR, marketing, and communications to distribution partners across the region;
  • Assist in setting up digital POSA at retail across the region
  • Responsibility for raising all purchase orders in Datavision and Oracle;
  • Assist in global pricing alignment
  • Distribution of digital marketing assets to APAC partners
  • Work with international teams to procure storefront assets to meet partner deadlines
  • Work with regional first party teams and Commercial Managers to drive our overarching strategy
  • Work with Senior Commercial Manager and Brand teams across APAC on commercial initiatives
  • Collaborate with APAC first party teams to ensure our brands are fully supported on their channels



The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of experience in a relevant role
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting/ finance
  • Experience in Retail, Media, Entertainment, Technology or FMCG
  • Strong financial acumen and commercially minded
  • Self-driven, hungry to learn and determined
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach
  • Advanced Excel skills
