A major independently owned and operated company with over 250 employees and facilities spread across Australia.Job DescriptionSales Administration & Customer SupportRespond to customer enquiries regarding product availability, product set up, system pricing, specifications, and order status.Prepare presentations and other sales-related documentation.Follow up on leads for new product and new customers, preparing sales briefs based on the NPD lead informationMaintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail accounts.Track project progress and proactively communicate updates or delays.Support the Sales Team with reporting, analytics, and CRM maintenance. Product & Compliance SupportEnsure product information (ingredients, allergens, certifications, shelf life) is accurate and up to date.Assist with compliance requirements such as food safety documentation, labelling updates, and import permits.Support new product launches and product range updates.Act as the conduit between key suppliers and key customers to launch NPD and/or achieve change timelines Data & ReportingMaintain accurate records across CRM, ERP, and inventory systems.Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries.Assist in analysing sales trends, customer demand, and product performance. Other Responsibilities:Refer all potential sales leads to the correct Sales Team.Report any aged product, product dating issues to Sales Team / Supply Teams.Use sound logistics and cost-effective methods to produce best possible outcomesContribute to the overall functionality of the department and business to drive improvementAny other customer or commercial duties as may be required from time to time including general administrative support to the Sales TeamThe Successful ApplicantOur perfect team leader-member will be someone who loves juggling multiple tasks and has a real focus on the customer with strong relationship building experience.
