About Our Client

My client is an industry leading Transport company.

Job Description

  • Manage Salesforce development & platform support teams.
  • Oversee BAU Salesforce services, ensuring alignment with business needs and IT strategies.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, acting as the key point of contact for Salesforce service requests, enhancements, and issue resolution.
  • Manage vendor resources to maintain and improve platform performance.
  • Develop and implement service delivery frameworks, ensuring best practices in change management, incident resolution, and system governance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Must have experience in managing a team of Salesforce platform administratiors & developers.
  • Must come from a technical background.
  • Experience managing Salesforce support teams, external vendors, and system integrators.
  • Understanding of integration platforms (webmethods desirable).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
