An excellent opportunity for a Operations or Admin or Marketing Grad to step into a hands-on people facing position. You will be responsible for all aspects of their product samples while supporting the wider Marketing team.

About Our Client

Our client is a leader in the flooring solutions and distribution market, with a rich 30-year history. Today, our client offers multiple products across both commercial and residential markets.

Job Description

  • Responsible for all aspects of the sampling process including; gathering requirements, managing suppliers, coordination and distribution to the retail network and all associated admin.
  • Tracking sample orders and following up where needed with warehouse, international suppliers and purchasing.
  • Build strong relationships with key suppliers, marketing, sampling, finance, customer service, warehouse and other external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the showroom sampling, ensuring all product ranges are kept up to date.
  • Coordinate stock and logistics for photo shoots, conferences, trade shows, launch events and other duties.
  • Support with Marketing campaign where needed.

The Successful Applicant

Our client is looking for a highly organised 'go getter' with exceptional communication and relationship building skills. This candidate should also have:

  • Strong organisational and logistical skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to think critically.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficient with inventory management systems and software.

The preferred candidate should be based in or around Epping, as the position is 5 days a week on site in Epping.
