Job Description

  • Design, develop, and implement SAP data architecture solutions tailored to meet the organisations operational needs and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure the integrity, security, and performance of SAP data solutions in alignment with industry standards and organisation policies.
  • Provide expertise in SAP data modeling, data warehousing, and integration techniques.
  • Lead data architecture initiatives, including data migration, data cleansing, and data quality improvements.
  • Develop and maintain data governance frameworks and policies to manage data assets effectively.
  • Evaluate and recommend SAP technologies and tools that enhance data management capabilities.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of SAP data architecture to identify areas for optimisation and improvement.
  • Stay abreast of emerging SAP technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and efficiency within the organisation.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members on SAP data architecture best practices.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a SAP Data Architect or in a similar role within large-scale organisations.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP ERP systems, particularly in data architecture and integration.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP data modeling tools (e.g., SAP HANA, SAP BW/4HANA).
  • Experience with SAP data migration and transformation techniques.
  • Familiarity with data governance principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage multiple projects.
  • Relevant certifications in SAP technologies (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - Data Architecture and Modeling with SAP BW/4HANA) preferred.
