SAP S/4HANA Data Migration and Test Coordinator

Your key accountabilities

• Develop a test strategy and plans, scheduling, and reporting processes in collaboration with business owners and the project team to promote the use of appropriate project testing techniques, methodologies and tools, and ensure quality project outcomes are delivered.
• Provide specialist advice, knowledge transfer and training to key stakeholders relating to systems and software implementation and testing to enable on-going support of the solution, and ensure that functionality aligns with established business requirements and functional models.
• Oversee the end-to-end data migration process, ensuring accurate and secure transfer of data to the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment. Monitor and validate data mapping, transformation, and loading processes to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Develop and execute testing activities. plans and test cases for data migration projects to validate data accuracy, completeness, and reliability and ensure testing activities align with operational needs and project objectives.
• Follow testing protocols in the recording, analysing, prioritising and resolving of defects during the data migration and testing processes, to monitor and assess progress, risks and assist with reporting on these items appropriately to key stakeholders.
• Manage and collaborate with the Project Manager and stakeholders to coordinate and undertake preparation for testing and data migration, and/or issue and defect resolution, through agreed methods and standards to enable test execution deadlines to be met.
• Engage with business units to understand their data requirements and ensure these are met during the migration and testing processes. Facilitate workshops and discussions to communicate data migration progress, testing results, and any required process changes.
• Ensure all data migration and testing activities comply with organisational, regulatory, and security standards. Support audit and governance requirements by providing accurate and timely documentation and reports.
