Job Description



The key responsibilities of the role include, but is not limited to;

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with enterprise-level clients to understand their process improvement needs.
  • Strategically identify and target key decision-makers within client organisations to drive sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to tailor solutions and proposals that address client pain points effectively.
  • Lead presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new business and meet sales targets.
  • Continuously assess market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Regularly update CRM systems with accurate sales data and client interactions to track progress and forecast future revenue streams.

  • Background: Extensive experience in B2B sales, particularly within the realm of large ERP and enterprise software solutions.
  • Startup or Scale-up Acumen: Thrives in dynamic startup environments, exhibiting a scrappy, self-starting attitude and a relentless drive for success.
  • Hybrid Expertise: Demonstrates a unique blend of experience from both big corporate and startup cultures, adept at hunting new enterprise clients while also nurturing existing relationships.
  • Customer-centric Approach: Familiarity with customer success principles and pre-sales processes, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs and effective solution delivery.
  • Partnership Experience: Previous involvement in partner collaborations, particularly within industries such as statistics and manufacturing, enriching their understanding of complex client ecosystems.
  • Hunter-Farmer Balance: Strikes a delicate balance between hunting for new business opportunities and cultivating existing client relationships, avoiding overemphasis on renewal-focused activities
