Our client is committed to implement strategies and policies aimed at fostering a safe, inclusive and healthy workplace. To address this need, we are seeking a Senior Advisor Health, Safety and Wellbeing working part-time 3 days/week.

Job Description

The Senior Advisor Health, Safety and Wellbeing's responsibilities include:

  • Design and execute policies to promote safety and wellbeing, including records and committees,reporting, training programs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with industry and regulatory guidelines
  • Establish metrics and evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness of psychological safety initiatives.
  • Develop educational materials and resources for employees to promote understanding and proactive engagement.
  • Collaborate with leaders, employees and contractors to ensure alignment and synergy in organisational efforts.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to target training needs and emerging trends.
  • Ensure company's compliance with legislation and relevant practice

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Senior Advisor Health, Safety and Wellbeing meets with the following requirements:

  • Degree in Psychology, HSE or related field is mandatory
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in HSE, wellbeing programs, or related roles.
  • previous exposure to Pyschosocial hazards in tertiary service industries.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training programs and workshops.
  • Analytic mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
