Job Description

  • Advising clients on complex cross-border M&A, JV, and corporate restructuring transactions
  • Negotiating and drafting transaction documents
  • Conducting due diligence and preparing reports
  • Collaborating with partners and team members to deliver high-quality legal services
  • Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong corporate transactional background with a focus on M&A
  • At least 8 years PQE
  • Experience in a top-tier UK law firm
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results
