Job Description

The Work

You'll be trusted with complex, high-profile matters, including all matters relating to family law including divorce, separation, children, property and financial matters.

High net worth property & parenting disputes

Multiple parenting claims (custody & non-custody)

Matters with criminal and legal crossover

Trusts, businesses & non-PAYG financial environments

Multi-entity ownership structures

The Successful Applicant

4+ years PQE (Senior Associate level)

Strong technical Family Law experience

Confident managing complex files autonomously

Commercial, client-focused and highly organised

Driven to grow and be part of a long-term career journey
