You will be responsible for formulating processes; creating user stories, running workshops and gathering documentation requirements for multiple deliverables within the program. You will be responsible for enabling change in the Salesforce platform by defining business needs, identifying time-consuming business processes, documenting specifications and requirements to enable solutions that are both scalable and functional.

Job Description

Reporting into the Program Manager, the Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Collecting business requirements, analysing and accurately documenting business processes.
  • Working effectively and collaboratively with business, project and technology teams to create and implement solutions in line with business requirements.
  • Running workshops with different stakeholders to understand the priorities and setting up processes to meet the deadlines.
  • Analyse as is business processes, document to be business processes and complete Business Process Procedure documents (including Standard Operating Processes)
  • Creating user stories and epic stories
  • Updating and creating functional specifications and process/system documentation.
  • Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the technical team in development.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to help them understand systemic issues, getting feedback and support for improvement initiatives.
  • Documenting and communicating deliverables and action points to the concerned stakeholders
  • Write and execute unit and integration test scripts - to include high quality testing to minimise overall project implementation risks
  • Providing support and training to the business to ensure effective utilisation and business adoption.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in large enterprise-wide organisations financial services (Insurance) experience is preferred - not essential.
  • Strong Business BA Skills - Requirement gathering, Stakeholder engagement, documentation
  • Experience as Salesforce BA (minimum 2-3 years) -
  • Experience as a BA (minimum 4-5 years)
  • Experience with Mulesoft is essential
  • Experience in delivering projects in agile environment and framework.
  • Customer - oriented approach with good verbal and written skills - excellent customer service.
  • Demonstrated experience in writing good user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong data management abilities
  • Proven commercial experience of Salesforce configuration (creation and maintenance of users, profiles, roles, permissions and dashboards, fields and page layouts)
  • Salesforce Certifications an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in analysing and accurately documenting business processes.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to speak to stakeholders at all levels.
