We are looking for a skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Technology department within the Retail industry. This temporary role focuses on delivering key projects and driving business solutions.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
  • Develop detailed documentation, including business cases, process flows, and user stories.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to discuss project requirements and progress.
  • Work closely with the Technology team to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide support during the implementation of system changes and enhancements.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Business Analyst should have:

  • Over 7 years' experience in a Senior Technical Business Analyst or equivalent role
  • Proven experience in eCommerce retail and/or integrating order management systems
  • Skilled in backend systems that support customer-facing applications
  • Strong knowledge of API specifications, integration patterns, data mapping, and payload design
  • Experienced collaborating with technical teams and producing clear technical requirements
  • Able to deliver effectively in complex, time-sensitive project environments
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence engaging senior technical stakeholders
