Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end business analysis for a 6-month system replacement project
  • Modernise a legacy platform for managing language service bookings and invoicing
  • Mentor and guide a small PMO team including Junior PM, BA, and Solution Analysts
  • Conduct gap analysis and translate findings into actionable business requirements
  • Prepare detailed documentation to support tender and vendor selection processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define solution options and strategy
  • Produce high-quality artefacts: process maps, use cases, business cases, and reports
  • Hybrid role based in Parramatta (2 days onsite per week), immediate start available

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience leading business analysis for system replacement or transformation projects
  • Strong background in stakeholder engagement across complex, multi-department environments
  • Skilled in mentoring junior team members and fostering collaborative project delivery
  • Exceptional documentation skills, including business cases, process maps, and functional specs
  • Comfortable navigating procurement and tender processes with strategic insight
  • Able to quickly understand legacy systems and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Confident working in a hybrid setup with flexibility and autonomy
  • Passionate about delivering solutions that support multilingual and settlement services
