Job Description

Reporting to the National Sales Director, the Senior Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with key clients. You will work closely with internal teams to develop tailored logistics solutions that align with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth across VIC & NSW
  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in key industry sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised logistics solutions
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure seamless onboarding of new clients
  • Meet and exceed revenue and growth targets, providing regular reporting to leadership
