Job Description



  • Work within complex technology environments, mapping data-heavy processes to support business objectives.


  • Conduct site visits as required to gather insights and ensure alignment with operational needs.


  • Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders both on-site and online, fostering strong relationships.


  • Facilitate workshops to elicit, document, and validate business requirements effectively.


  • Maintain a strong focus on accuracy and detail when designing and documenting business processes.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of Business Analysis experience, delivering effective solutions in complex tech environments.
  • Expertise in data-heavy process mapping, driving efficiency and clarity in transformation projects.
  • Opportunity to engage directly with operations through monthly site visits.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, building strong relationships across teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in requirements gathering and process documentation.
