Job Description

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support organisational objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address challenges related to change initiatives.
  • Create and execute communication plans to ensure transparency and engagement throughout the change process.
  • Provide expert advice on best practices for change management and engagement within the not-for-profit industry.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and suggest improvements as needed.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support staff and stakeholders during transitions.
  • Act as a key point of contact for all change-related matters within the organisation.
  • Produce detailed documentation and reports for leadership teams and other stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Change and Engagement Specialist should have:

  • Proven expertise in change management and stakeholder engagement, particularly within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and collaboration across teams.
  • Adept problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Experience in developing and implementing communication and engagement plans.
  • Familiarity with best practices and frameworks in change management.
  • A relevant qualification in organisational change, communications, or a related field.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
