Job Description

  • Liaising with relevant third parties to complete accommodation, travel and other relevant bookings associated with the relocation process.
  • Delivering a high-quality end to end relocation experience to your relocating members and their families through world class case management and communication.
  • Expectation management ensuring members and their families understand service scope and the relocation life cycle.
  • Liaise with internal and external customer / stakeholders to ensure obligations are achieved and agreed service standards are met within agreed time lines.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven customer service experience is essential, ideally in a call centre or similar fast paced environment.
  • Previous experience in roles such as claims officer, travel agent, or recruiter is highly desirable
  • Highly organised with a strong ability to manage deadlines and priorities effectively
  • Outstanding telephone manner with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Passionate about providing exceptional service and exceeding client expectations
