Michael Page are currently recruiting a Senior Contracts Administrator role for a well regarded commercial builder based just outside Brisbane CBD. They specialise in the delivery of commercial, residential and industrial projects up to $30m in value. This role has pathways for progression to Commercial Management or Project Management including a well structured professional development program.

About Our Client

Our client is a mid tier head contractor who deliver projects in the high rise residential, commercial and industrial sectors. As they continue to expand their market share they have a very strong pipeline of work ahead for 2025 and 2026 and as such they are looking to add a Senior Contracts Administrator to their team. This is an ongoing, long term position with future opportunities to progress towards Commercial Management or Project Management.

Job Description

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leadership and mentoring of junior CAs and Cadets
  • Negotiating and letting sub-contracts and head contracts
  • Leading the monthly cost reporting process



The Successful Applicant

Selection criteria will include:

  • Proven track record as a CA delivering building construction projects upwards of $5m
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Experience with modern construction software systems e.g. Jobpac, Cheops, Procore, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
