Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle processes, including drafting, negotiation, and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and organisational guidelines in all contractual agreements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify procurement needs and develop tailored contract solutions.
  • Provide expert advice on contract risks, terms, and conditions.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any contractual issues effectively.
  • Contribute to cost-saving initiatives by optimising procurement strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation.
  • Assist in training and mentoring team members on contract management best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Contracts Specialist should have:
