Our client is a small non-bank mortgage lender renowned for offering bespoke lending solutions tailored to clients' needs. Committed to excellence and innovation, they leverage their affiliation with an ASX-listed Financial Services company to provide stability in a dynamic business environment.

Job Description

Working closely with brokers and borrowers, this role will attend to all matter of credit, including, but not limited to

  • Setting up and maintaining current files
  • Liaising with brokers and borrowers about their loans
  • Instructing lawyers on new files
  • Working closely with the investments team to ensure successful mortgage outcomes.
  • Drafting mortgage documents
  • Managing administrative staff on the credit side
  • Instructing and reviewing valuations
  • Attending to security documents post settlement.
  • Maintaining compliance requirements
  • Liaising with lawyers in each step of the process

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in credit analysis, preferably within a non-bank lending environment and within the property/mortgage space. They will be familiar with credit assessments, property lending, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders. They will have great attention to detail, work with a sense of urgency and be able to work within a team environment.
