Job Description



Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement the overall delivery strategy for hospitality assets, ensuring alignment with the project's vision and objectives
Project Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of hospitality construction projects, ensuring they meet quality, time, and budget specifications
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including investors, contractors, and local authorities, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of project managers and construction professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects comply with local regulations, industry standards, and best practices in hospitality design and construction
Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor project progress and deliverables, making adjustments as necessary to achieve project goals
Cultural Awareness: Understanding of the Middle Eastern market including local customs and regulations, is highly desirable

The Successful Applicant



Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 20 years of experience, must have A-Z delivery experience of hotels, with at least 10 years in a leadership role
Project Portfolio: Proven track record of delivering large-scale hospitality projects on time and within budget.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management software, and hospitality design standards
Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
