Job Description

  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize supply chain performance and support informed decision-making.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel to provide actionable insights and improve reporting efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to ensure optimal inventory levels, reduce waste, and maximize sales.
  • Analyze historical trends, seasonality, and market dynamics to improve forecast accuracy at both network and site levels.
  • Integrate promotional and LTO forecasts into planning systems to enable seamless operational execution.
  • Monitor supplier and DC performance against KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the network.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Procurement, and Operations to align plans and deliver strategic projects.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in demand planning and supply chain operations, ideally within FMCG, QSR, or retail environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Excel (including VBA/DAX), plus familiarity with SQL or Python for data analysis.
  • Hands-on understanding of inventory management and distribution processes, ensuring recommendations are practical and effective.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate across Marketing, Finance, Procurement, and Operations.
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with a track record of driving process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Commercial awareness and adaptability, balancing analytical rigor with operational realities in a fast-paced environment.
