We are seeking a skilled Senior Electrical Draftsperson to join an innovative team in the Technology & Telecoms industry. This temporary role will see you creating detailed technical drawings for engineering and manufacturing projects in the Perth CBD.

Job Description

  • Prepare and update detailed technical drawings using CAD software.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet specifications.
  • Review and refine designs to align with project requirements and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of revisions and drawing files.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Assist in solving design-related challenges during the project lifecycle.
  • Support the team with drafting expertise during project planning and execution.
  • Provide input into design improvements and innovation opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Electrical Draftsperson should have:

  • 10+ Years experience in Drafting roles
  • MUST have MicroStation experience
  • Proficiency in CAD software and drafting tools.
  • Experience in engineering and manufacturing project support.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members.
  • Problem-solving abilities to address design challenges effectively.

What's on Offer

  • Hourly rate of approximately AUD 80 to 90ph, based on experience.
