Job Description

As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will provide high-quality financial advice and performance reporting to divisional leaders, supporting informed decision-making and sustainable healthcare delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading divisional budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Delivering insightful variance analysis and financial risk assessments
  • Managing funding alignment and service agreements
  • Building strong relationships with clinical and operational teams
  • Coaching and mentoring finance team members



The Successful Applicant

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting within a complex organisation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • High-level proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office
  • A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce, or Business (highly desirable) and professional membership (CPA, CA, CIMA, ICA preferred)
