About Our Client

Our client is a privately owned property investment and development business.

Job Description

  • Regulatory reporting for a licences
  • Statutory and taxation reporting including annual financial statements
  • Monthly corporate tax (including FBT) reporting, income tax, quarterly business activity statements (BAS) and annual ATO taxable payments reports
  • Fuel tax reporting
  • Monthly management reporting
  • Month end financial reporting and consolidations
  • Quarterly management accounts and financial forecasts
  • Regular bank and finance compliance reporting
  • Applications for and regular reporting against equipment finance facilities
  • Ad-hoc project accounting and support

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have worked in a similar role and hold expertise across both management and financial accounts, including taxation. Ideally you may have also worked in a property development or investment business and be in a position to commence immediately. Expert communication skills and the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders would also be required.
