  • Provide tailored financial solutions to customers experiencing financial difficulties.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve outcomes.
  • Analyse and report on collections data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant legislation.
  • Support and mentor junior team members within the banking and financial services department.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Financial Hardship & Collections Specialist should have:
