Job Description

  • Lead the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the group
  • Ensure financial reports are accurate, timely, and comply with IFRS/GAAP and other regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with subsidiaries to gather necessary financial data and ensure consistency in reporting
  • Perform consolidation of financial statements, including intercompany eliminations and adjustments
  • Coordinate with external auditors and manage the audit process for the group
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning
  • Assist in the development of the group's budget and financial forecasts



The Successful Applicant

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications along with CA or CPA certifications
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and other relevant accounting standards
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Accounting software such as SAP, MS Dynamics or Oracle
