Job Description
- You will be responsible for coaching Managers on employee relations and IR matters including grievances, formal complaints and disciplinaries
- Managing and building stakeholder relationships throughout the business
- Performance management advice and support for Managers
- Maintain current and upto date knowledge of policies and legislative requirements
- Advising Managers on Awards
- Liaising with HR Business Partners and Industrial Relations Manager
- Support the people and Culture team in recruitment
The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience within aged care
- Worked within a similar HR Advisor or Business Partner role for atleast 2 years.
- Experienced dealing with ER matters
- Stakeholder management experience
- Knowledge of Enterprise Agreements, Legislation and Awards
- HR Degree qualified
