Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organisational goals.
  • Experience supporting and the overseeing of the payroll function
  • Provide expert advice and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Oversee performance management and employee development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations across ANZ.
  • Support organisational change initiatives and workforce planning.
  • Handle employee relations matters and resolve workplace issues effectively.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide insights for decision-making purposes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior HR Generalist (ANZ) should have:

  • A degree or qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the business services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
