We are seeking a knowledgeable HR Generalist to join a NFP organisation based just outside of the CBD. This temporary position is a standalone HR role supporting a large network of stakeholders with all aspects of HR.

This NFP operates as a medium-sized organisation with a focus on delivering innovative research and practical solutions to integrate planning and operations across Australia and New Zealand within the automotive network.

Job Description

  • Provide support across various human resources functions, including recruitment and on boarding.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and documentation.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and policies.
  • Provide advice and guidance to employees and management on HR-related matters.
  • Assist in managing HR compliance and reporting requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior HR Generalist should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role within the professional services industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
