About Our Client
Our client is a fast growing organisation within the mining industry seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner. This role is a permanent opportunity which will have an influence to develop and improve the HR function of the organisation.
Reporting to the Chief Executive this is a newly created role and will be the first dedicated HR role for the company.
This is a true HR Generalist role and you will also have exposure to:
- Setting up the companies HR framework
- Learning & Development
- Performance feedback & review
- Continuously improving HR policies and procedures
- HR Systems
