Strong managerial or supervisory experience
Comprehensive knowledge of budgets and maximising incomes
Someone who is understanding and passionate about older people/the most needy
Ability to delegate, problem solve and prioritise workloads on a daily basis
Travel around the Goldfields region to ensure all services and programs are running smoothly
The Successful Applicant
An experienced and influential individual who has supervised or managed staff in elderly residential care environments previously and is now looking to take the next step in their career. You will be business minded with experience of managing budgets, ensuring compliance and overseeing the recruitment and retention of staff.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills will be essential as is project management experience and a hands-on, focused and structured approach, able to deal with all challenges and thrive in a fast-paced and integral role.
