Job Description

  • Analyse and solve complex engineering problems while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Direct and coordinate the efforts of Engineers, Designers, and Drafters on key projects.
  • Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and control procedures.
  • Represent projects at meetings and conferences, and prepare patents and technical papers.
  • Oversee mechanical engineering activities for major projects and actively contribute to team goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proficient in ANSYS and SolidWorks, with experience in preparing engineering drawings.
  • Practical experience in mechanical engineering.
  • Skilled in analysing and resolving complex engineering issues using advanced knowledge.
  • Enthusiastic about concept development and mechanical design.
  • Knowledge in vibration analysis with first principles and FEA methods is advantageous but not required.
  • CPENG/RPEQ preferred or actively working towards it.
