They also offer a number of other employee benefits including lucrative bonus structures and employee share plans, EAP programs, market leading parental leave, and L&D programs.Job DescriptionDeliver the Payroll internal compliance program of worksIdentification and documentation of payroll risks, controls and issuesEnsure Payroll services, tools, outputs and processes are compliant with Enterprise Agreements and relevant Industrial Awards, Policies, legislation etcProactively research and share payroll legislation and changesEnsure that the Payroll team and other relevant stakeholders understand their Governance and Compliance requirements including privacy, data, payroll/employment related itemsAssist with implementing any policy, award, agreement changes in the system in a timely mannerDocument and ensure regular review of payroll procedures and processes (with the assistance of the SMEs)Proactively identifies and escalates issues or breachesParticipate and deliver payroll audit requirements - this could include gathering and analysing data, presenting information, reviewing/writing reports and presenting recommendationsProactively explore and raise improvement ideas to ensure efficiency and complianceOther ad hoc tasksThe Successful ApplicantWe are seeking experienced payroll professionals with a passion for payroll compliance.
