Our client is a prominent international group specialising in workforce solutions and recruitment, with diverse operations across healthcare, social care, and life sciences sectors. They manage multiple agencies and complex payroll frameworks within the Australian market.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end payroll processing across 7 awards and 1 EBA
  • Oversee payrolls for 300 weekly-paid employees across four entities
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy across two payroll cycles per week
  • Support system transitions and adapt quickly to new platforms (Astute experience a bonus)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and maintain high service standards
  • Work onsite with flexibility for one WFH day per week

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Payroll Officer / Supervisor should have:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end payroll, ideally across complex award structures
  • Quick to learn new systems and processes
  • Mandarin-speaking preferred (not essential)
  • Must have full working rights in Australia
