Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies (greenfield) to support business objectives.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal value and performance.
  • Lead contract negotiations and oversee compliance with procurement policies.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with organisational goals.
  • Analyse market trends to inform decision-making and sourcing strategies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the procurement team to achieve set targets.
  • Monitor and report on procurement performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Senior Procurement Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, particularly in Technology & Telecoms (essential).
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing procurement strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving organisational goals.
  • Familiarity with procurement-related compliance and risk management processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
