Job Description

  • Define and execute the product strategy in alignment with organisational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee product development and delivery.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation.
  • Develop and prioritise product roadmaps based on customer and stakeholder feedback.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from concept to delivery.
  • Monitor and report on product performance, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product-related queries and decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Product Manager should have:

  • A strong background in product management within the financial services industry preferably wealth.
  • Proven expertise in end to end product management for 5+years.
  • Excellent skills in market analysis, roadmap & strategy development and delivery.
  • The ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong Agile experience and a passion for building customer - centric digital solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and decision-making abilities.
