Job Description

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligning with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and delivery.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Gather and prioritise product requirements based on customer needs and feedback.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Ensure the product meets quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Monitor product performance and implement improvements as needed.
  • Communicate product updates and strategy to stakeholders effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Manager should have:

  • 5+ years experince in end to end product management
  • Must have solid experince in financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of product management principles and methodologies.
  • 7+ years as a professional leading projects or working on complex tasks that require a high degree of judgment, resourcefulness, and self-initiative
  • Experience in an operational role at a retail broker, bank, or financial institution dealing with foreign exchange, commodities, or cryptocurrency asset classes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
