Job Description

  • Manage and deliver key technology projects in line with strategic objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor change strategies.
  • Assist with the transformation of organizational processes.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Lead and support project teams to achieve project goals.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and legislation.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project and Change Officer should have:

  • A proven track record in managing and delivering technology projects.
  • Experience in implementing change strategies within an organization.
  • Experience developing training and instructional content and coordinating training for internal business users.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • A keen eye for identifying and mitigating project risks.
