Job Description

  • Lead and manage complex projects within the Clients Program.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives with organisational goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and address potential risks or delays proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with public sector policies and standards throughout project execution.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and milestones.
  • Oversee project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost control.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end project management within non-tech related projects such as; Capability uplift, HRIS, D&I, Leadership
  • Proven Stakeholder enablement skills
  • Project Management accreditations
  • Ability to come at least 3 days to the Geelong office

What's on Offer

  • FTC contract for 3 years in total (starting at 12 months)
  • Salary of 145,000 to 154,000 + superannuation
  • Manage multiple non-tech related critical projects
