Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and oversee technology and engineering related projects
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues effectively.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the technology department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience managing multi-year projects to help with transformations and to achieve organisations goals
  • Strong understanding of PMBOK
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and strong stakeholder management
  • Led steering committee forums to provide projects oversight, manage risks/issues, and ensure executive alignment on scope, timelines, and strategic priorities.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
