Job Description

  • Hitting weekly KPIs and performance targets to drive both personal achievement and team growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and drive growth within the energy sector.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs, and offering tailored energy solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and secure agreements that align with both customer needs and company goals to maximise profitability.
  • Manage a strong sales pipeline and collaborate with the team to ensure an efficient sales process.
